Diagnostic Imaging
At Lutheran Kosciusko Hospital, diagnostic imaging is used to create a graphic depiction of the structures and functions of the body's organs and other internal systems. These images are used to examine and diagnose certain medical conditions.

The professional imaging staff is nationally certified and we maintain strict adherence to state licensing regulations. Lutheran Kosciusko Hospital partners with Ft. Wayne's Summit Radiology for interpretation services and we strive to provide same-day service for medically urgent and emergent needs. Insurance verification typically requires two to three days on all other outpatient service procedures. A physician's order is required for most imaging services. You do not need a physician's order for a cardiac scoring test, lung screening or screening mammogram.
