Programs
F.O.R.M. (Fibromyalgia, Osteoarthritis and Rheumatoid Arthritis Management)
F.O.R.M. consists of five, 30-minute personal sessions designed to help those who suffer from arthritis. The focus is how to maintain or improve physical function without increasing joint pain, inflammation and swelling. Nutrition consult is included. Cost for this course is $95. Finding BALANCE
Finding BALANCE is a balance and mobility training plan designed to reduce falls in aging adults. Finding BALANCE consists of five, 30-minute sessions that challenge the vestibular, somatosensory and musculoskeletal systems. Cost for this course is $80. Call (574) 372-7890 to start Finding BALANCE.
Enhance YOUniversity
Take the guess work out of improving your health. Enhance YOUniversity provides guidance and motivation to help you become a better you. This program includes weekly nutrition consults, weekly training sessions, a pre- and post-assessment and an 8-week LKH gym membership. Program cost is $229.
Enhance YOUniversity - Master's Program
Monthly membership to the Master's Program includes two nutrition consults + two personal training sessions + one biometrics assessment + four-week LKH gym membership: $99/month
Power Up!
Power Up! against Parkinson's Disease. Participants can expect to build power, strength, agility, flexibility, hand-eye coordination and speed. Class meets twice a week. Class observation is required prior to registration. Call us today!
